A life-long friend of Edurne, Idoia is a Tolosa native who could be described as a mountain addict. Growing up in one of the most beautiful regions in Europe, surrounded by rolling hills and green landscapes she was spoiled from a young age by the wealth of activities available.
She lists her favourite view in the Basque Country as the sun setting from the seaside town of Getaria and her favourite Kabi trip as the Deba-Zumaia trip which showcases the Best of the Basque Coast in 1 day.
When asked to describe her dream holiday Idoia said: Being able to continue my love affair with mountains at the age of 80. Possibly not reaching the 4,000m mark but taking a cable car to a café on the mountainside.

Adrian, known to us here at Kabi as ‘Patta’, describes himself as efficient, hard-working, knowledgable and very, very, very, very Basque. It’s just as well then that he’s the authority on trips in and around the Basque country and makes it his mission to teach people about his beautiful homeland.
Prone to repetition when excited, he describes his favourite sports activities in Summer or Winter as ‘anything that can be done in the mountains. Mountains, mountains, mountains, mountains, trekking, climbing, mountains, mountains.’
‘When asked what he likes best about his job he replied: When I see that people are really enjoying everything that I’m showing them. The Basque Country has so many secret nooks and crannies that they aren’t very hard to amaze.’
